HPCL Junior Executive 2025: HPCL released the notification of recruitment of junior executive in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation and Control Engineering. Candidates in final year of their Diploma course are also eligible for this post but in notification their is not cutoff date mentioned for student to complete the Education Qualification.

HPCL Junior Executive Exam Pattern & Syllabus

    Interested candidates who want to apply for HPCL Junior Executive have a question regarding Exam pattern and Syllabus of HPCL Junior Assistant. The doubt is obvious because in notification it is not clearly mentioned that what is the exam pattern and Syllabus of HPCL Junior Executive. In notification it is said that the official syllabus is released shortly by HPCL. However as per previous recruitment of various Exams and Pattern of HPCL Exam we try to find out the syllabus and exam pattern of HPCL Executive.     HPCL Junior Executive Exam Pattern

    As per notification it is mentioned that HPCL Exam Pattern has three stages. First start with Computer Based Test (CBT) the candidates who qualified in Computer Based Test will be called for Group Discussion and Skill Test and Last they called for Interview. After the Interview final Merit list will be prepared and candidates who qualified all three stages and secure quafying marks will be shortlisted for Executive in HPCL.

    HPCL Junior Executive Computer Based Test (CBT) Exam Pattern

    HPCL Executive Computer Based Test is Online Exam Conduct by HPCL. As Per notification it is mentioned that two Subjects General Aptitude consisting of English Language, Quantitative Aptitude Test & Logical Reasoning and Technical / Professional Knowledge questions which related to Qualifying degree / Educational background. will be asked. But the Exam time and no. of Questions Asked in the Examination is not mentioned. 

    As Per Previous HPCL Recruitment there are two Paper Paper 1 of General Aptitude which carry 85 Questions and Paper 2 Technical Knowledge 85 Questions was asked each carry 1 Marks and Their is a Negative Marking of 1/4 when wrong questions is marked. Then time Duration to Complete the Exam is 150 Minutes.

    • Total No. Of Questions in the Exams is 170 and Total time to Attempt the questions is 150 Minutes.

    HPCL Junior Executive Group Discussion (GD) and Skill Test Exam Pattern

    The Candidates who Qualified in HPCL Junior Executive Computer Based Test will be Called for Group Discussion and Skill Test Stage. In Group Discussion Stage Candidates are divided by no. Of Group of 15-20 Candidates in each Group Depends on Authority. Then a Current Affairs or General Topic is given to the candidates. Candidates need to prepare about the Topic and When Group Discussion Start Candidates need to give Valid and Strong Argument related to the Topic. 

    In Skill Test of HPCL Junior Executive  Candidates called to do certain task related to safety and instrument. Their are various questions related to Academic asked to the candidates and other different task need to perform as per Authority instructions.

    HPCL Junior Executive Personal Interview

    The Candidates who Qualified in Junior Executive Group Discussion and Skill Test will be called for Personal Interview. In personal Interview some academic questions, current schemes and events, HPCL progress, Personal Questions asked to the Candidates. The Questions is not fixed and it depends on Authority to asked the questions which suitable for Interview.
