As we all know that recently Railway has started the recruitment of RRB NTPC exam. This is Non Technical Popular category which includes majorly the post which does not required any technical expertise like RRB technician.
This is the reason many students who not have technical background in education can wait for this opportunity in RRB NTPC. As we know that the form filling process is completed and exam is expected to conduct very shortly. Students are in concern about exam expected date, when examination is conducted and what is the syllabus of examination. When students get an idea about exam date and syllabus of examination. RRB NTPC Exam Date
There is no official exam date released by RRB for NTPC recruitment. The form is just closed on October 30 and the exam is expected on March 2025. There are multiple RRB exams scheduled in December and January like RRB ALP CBT 1, RPF SI and RRB JE. It is expected that first these exams is conducted then RRB NTPC CBT 1 exam is expected. So the time is enough for those who want to prepare for RRB NTPC as it is expected that examination of NTPC CBT is conducted from March - April 2025.
It also also a possibility of delay in examination because the form filled up by the candidates is high. Apart from that SSC, Banking and other exams are also conducted through CBT. So, the exam conducting in one go looks difficult. There is high chance that students gets minimum 4-5 months to prepare for CBT 1 exams.
RRB NTPC Typing Details
Not All post but a certain post in RRB NTPC contain Typing Test. Typing test is necessary for some post because these are the desk job like CCTC or Junior Account Assistant. Which requires typing. The Post is prestigious and have a very good Salary.
The Typing test will be conducted of successful candidates who cleared CBT 1 and CBT 2 examination. The Typing test is qualifying in nature which requires a speed of 30 WPM in English and 25 WPM in Hindi. The Typing test consist of a paragraph which you need to type it on computer in 10 minutes. You get a paragraph in upper dialogue box on computer and in lower dialogue box you need to type the paragraph exactly as mentioned in upper dialogue box in a specific time.
The paragraph consist of nearly 300 words which need to type by the candidates. The Error is allowed only 5% of each candidates. If a candidates can't complete 300 words in specific time, then all untyped words is counted as error and if a candidates have more than 5% of error then the candidates disqualify from typing.
How to prepare RRB NTPC Typing
In starting the typing looks difficult but after practice 2-3 months it's damn easy. First start with memorizing the keys in the keyboard. You can use some software or website that provide practice drill to improve your hand co-ordination. You can try different games and activities to improve. At starting daily 10-15 minutes practice is enough and after that take a test of 10 minutes. Follow this for two months and you see a change in your typing. My favourite website is

Mathematics
The Mathematics cover almost 30 questions in exams and scoring in maths and reasoning is important because as we all know that General Awareness is unpredictable.
The Syllabus of Mathematics in RRB NTPC Exam is almost similar to SSC exam which includes Basic Maths and Advance Maths questions. In basic maths profit and loss, percentage, average, ratio and proportion, number system, pipe and cisterns, boat and stream, speed distance and Pole and Train type questions.
In Advance Maths Geometry, Trigonometry, Triangle, Rectangle, Square, Parallelogram, Rhombus, Circle, 3D Geometry like Cone Cylinder, Sphere, Cube, Cuboid, Distance and Angle related questions.
Reasoning Aptitude
Reasoning is the most scoring section in NTPC exam. With little effort and proper planning is enough to score full marks. From now just devote 1 hr on reasoning to practice previous year question is enough to get through.
In Reasoning there are some topics like Puzzles, coding decoding, Syllogism, Blood relation, Dice, Mirror Image, Water Image related questions.
General Awareness
This is very vast as well as challenging to complete because it contains many topics like History, Geography, Polity, Economics, General Science like Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It also includes static topics like sports, festival, current affairs, dance, parks or wildlife sanctuary or many topics comes under General Awareness.
For preparation of GA try to gain maximum information from books, social media, pdf, video lectures, or Google search. Make notes only of that which you face difficulty to understand. It's personal recommendation don't make complete notest. Make Notes precise and you faced difficulty when you read those topics.
